This article will explain steps you need to take when shipping items to our datacenters.
Firstly, please contact us before shipping an item. We will send you an address to send the item to with the proper CID set. We also require you to us the tracking ID and carrier. If you require assistance shipping items, please ask.
We also ask that you provide us with the contents inside of the box.
Failure to open a ticket with tracking info, may result in a fee as datacenter staff would have to search for the package.
We will store items for up to 7-days from there, you'll be contacted to discuss storage options.
