How to purchase a dedicated IP

Already purchased your Minecraft server and want to upgrade to a Dedicated IP? Follow these simple steps to add one.

How to upgrade to a Dedicated IP

1. Log in to the billing panel at https://billing.plox.host/.
2. Select the service (server) you want to upgrade.
3. Click the “Upgrade/Downgrade Options” button.
   
4. Find the Dedicated IP option and change it from “No” to “Yes”.
   
5. Continue to the next screen and complete the payment for the additional cost.

Once the payment is processed, the Dedicated IP will be automatically assigned to your server. In most cases this happens within a few minutes.

If the new Dedicated IP has not appeared on your server after 15–30 minutes, please open a support ticket and let us know. Our team will manually apply it for you as quickly as possible.
